It dates all the way back to the Golden Age of the Roman Empire... where it was such a delicious mouth-watering piece of art that ancient priests would offer it to the gods. You'll come for the pizza. But, you'll stay for the dough. We've combined our own innovative twist with an ancient dough-making process rooted deep in Roman tradition. Our slow-rise dough takes up to 72 hours to prepare and is like nothing you've ever experienced. It's cloud-like. Golden crisp on the outside. Hot, soft and fluffy on the inside. And, it's oval, for a few reasons... it's how the ancient Romans did it, circular pizza is overrated and it gives you a good excuse not to share.
When you're hungry, you want to eat. Our pizzas are crafted, baked to perfection, cut, and ready for you to eat in under 5 minutes. That's fast. Really fast. We use a stone deck oven that fires at over 500 degrees. When you step foot in Pinsa Kitchen you get your pizza exactly how you like it, ridiculously fast.
