The magic of Pinsa is in our Roman artisan dough. Rome wasn't built in a day, the most important element of your pizza shouldn’t be either. It takes up to 72 hours to craft our GMO-free, low calorie, gluten tolerable dough. We use just 5 simple ingredients, flour imported from Italy, water, yeast, extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of sea salt to bring to life a delicious light, airy, guilt-free pizza.
